Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a build, a care plan, or any other product from ServiceFinder LLC ("we", "us") through this site or through one of our marketers. By buying from us, you agree to them.
What we provide
Website builds, e-commerce platforms, tech/SaaS sites, and AI automation — built once for a one-time price, then kept online, updated, and supported under a care plan.
Pricing and billing
The build price is charged once, when you buy. Care then bills at the plan's posted monthly or yearly rate, starting right away unless the specific plan you bought states a maintenance-free launch period — in which case nothing recurring is charged until that period ends. Either way, care continues until you cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Cancellation
You can cancel a care plan at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund periods already paid for. The build itself remains yours regardless of whether care continues.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case — contact us before you buy if you're unsure whether a plan fits, and we'll answer plainly. [ServiceFinder: confirm a specific refund policy here — this section is intentionally general until you tell us what you want it to say.]
Delivery timelines
Build timelines vary by scope and are agreed with you before work starts. We tell you what to expect; we don't promise a date we haven't actually planned for.
Acceptable use
You won't use anything we build to host illegal content, to defraud anyone, or to abuse the infrastructure it runs on. We can suspend service for a violation of this.
Ownership
What we build for you — your site, your content, your brand — is yours. The underlying platform, tooling, and any reusable components we've built independently of your project remain ours.
Liability
We build carefully and stand behind the work, but we provide it "as is" without warranties beyond what these terms state. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim relates to.
Governing law
